Venkataswamy, who served as a Government official in Bengaluru throughout his distinguished career and retired as a Deputy Commissioner of Police, is an extraordinary individual possessing a rare combination of vision, passion and deep sensitivity. Mr. Tejas H.V. has finished his masters in business administration and ventured into the field of real estate development for more than two decades. He is specialized and has proven track record in handling construction and has managed many projects not just residential, but also Industrial, commercial and warehousing. He has a vast experience in the field of real estate. He is very approachable to clients and loves to learn, takes feedback from clients to understand their needs.
